Terms of service
These terms apply between you and Elis Tyre, trading as ENGINEROOM ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
ENGINEROOM writes Pinterest pins for your shop from images you provide, shows them to you for approval, and publishes the ones you approve to your Pinterest boards.
2. Business customers only
ENGINEROOM is for businesses. By signing up you confirm you are acting for your business, not as a consumer.
3. Your approval, and how pins are drafted
Pins are drafted with AI, set up with your brand voice, products and boards. Nothing is published without your approval, and we record each approval with the time it was made. By approving a pin, you confirm you are happy for it to be published and that you have the right to publish it.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your images, brand materials and the pins we create for you. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights to the images you share with us.
5. Connected accounts
You authorise us to act on your Pinterest account within the permissions you grant. You agree to follow Pinterest's own terms. You can revoke our access at any time, and publishing stops when you do.
6. Fees and payment
- The monthly fee is paid in advance, by card, through Stripe.
- The one-off install fee is not refundable once the install has started.
- If you're not happy in your first month, tell us within 30 days of your first monthly payment and we'll refund that month's fee.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
7. No guaranteed results
We don't control how Pinterest shows pins, so we can't guarantee impressions, clicks, traffic or sales.
8. Fair use
You agree not to use the service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Pinterest, Dropbox and other platforms may change their rules or services in ways outside our control. If that affects you, we will tell you.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Cancelling and ending the service
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep the service until then. We can end the service with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. When the service ends we stop publishing, delete your platform tokens within 7 days, and handle your other data as described in our privacy policy.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
